As an agent raised in Bend I've been through various stages of growth here, even when deals were done by handshakes.  I attended grade school through high school (Lava Bears!), coached high school cheerleading and gave back to the community that raised me, the pride of this city and its roots go deep.  I moved away for college and then returned, happily, to raise a family.  One can literally do everything here (except, possibly, plan a wedding in predictable weather!), but working remotely is common, and taking advantage of the mountains, rivers and breweries is welcomed!  With over a decade of sales and marketing experience, entrepreneurial spirit and resourcefulness built throughout many long term relationships, I bring a wealth of expertise about buying and selling Bend area real estate and relatable experience.  You'll likely find me running a trail, attending a concert, or attending an art class with a kiddo in my spare time, but I take my role as a trusted Realtor very seriously. 
    I like to say I have an eye for design and a vast knowledge of the particulars that make Central Oregon what it is today in this highly competitive market. I have taken my coaching approach in negotiating contracts because of the constant feedback from peers and prospects that good communication and response time was the most difficult thing to find in a local realtor.  To me, your investment in property has many facets and possible outcomes, so I like to inform clients as much as possible and accept the challenge of finding an agent on top of their game.  Thus, The Cheerful Realtor brand was created.  I aim to provide honest and valuable guidance, like a coach, through a real estate transaction so that you remain content and comfortable at the close.  Economics in college, that was difficult.  Raising teenage daughters, constantly challenging.  Balancing business, family, self care and pandemic changes, that's a wild ride that one strives to conquer; but is best with good company!

When it's time to move, you'll look for someone who will not just advertise your home, but market it in creative and multi-faceted ways to show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing.  I will hold your hand through this, I want to take the stress out of the process, so you can rest, feel confident and educated.  I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.  I am honest and dependable, I will not tell you anything just to get a sale.
